ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The FoBBS Annual General Meeting is scheduled for Sunday, 17 March 2019 at 11.00 for 11.30, following directly on after the Bonsai Boot Sale.
It is open to all but only paid up members for 2019 are eligible to vote and each society is entitled to 1 vote.
We also try to ensure no one gets lost on route. Belowd are maps to the venue and please remember to register your car on arrival to ensure you do not get an unnegotiable large fine.
If you are among the member societies who have still not renewed for 2019, you are not entitled to vote and if you use FOBBS insurance your Insurance is no longer valid - YOU ARE UNINSURED! If you have lost your forms you will find them on FOBBS website here.
The forms for nominations to the committee for both FNBC and FoBBS as well forms for notifying us of your intention to attend or alternatively your proxy voting wishes if you are not attending are available here.

The Gardens can be reached as follows:
From the M40: Take M42 West to M5 then:
From the M5: Leave at junction 3 and take the A456 signposted to City Centre. Turn right onto B4129 (Norfolk Road) signposted Botanical Gardens.
From the M6: Leave at junction 6 and take A38 (M) to City Centre. Follow underpasses signposted to Birmingham West to the A456. At Five Ways island turn left onto B4217 (Calthorpe Road) signposted Botanical Gardens.
Local Traffic: Follow signs for Edgbaston then brown tourist signs to Botanical Gardens
